Roy Miller VR
Roy is a vastly experienced industry leader and has been directing companies to success since 1999. Currently, he’s the CEO of six limited companies operating within the plastics, global logistics, property, and fulfilment spaces.
From June 2020 to May 2022, Roy was contracted by the United Kingdom Health Security Agency (UKHSA) to build and deliver a global supply chain of COVID-19 lateral flow devices (LFDs) – successfully delivering over 4 billion tests to the UK public.
Roy channelled the in-depth knowledge and experience he acquired during this time – such as the importance of cost management, build quality, and LFD performance – into supporting and enhancing the design of Tri-Test’s products.
Gavin Scott
Gavin has 30 years’ experience in developing and commercialising products in a variety of sectors, including the construction and packaging industries.
From the moment the COVID-19 pandemic hit, he applied his skill set into the acquisition and sale of COVID-related products to support the national effort – including the development of a UK supply chain for a global leader in LFDs. Recognised for his value in the field, he was contracted by the UKHSA in August 2021 to manage the procurement of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test kit materials and oversee the operational delivery of kit production.
Gavin built up a wealth of knowledge over this period in key areas which ultimately became crucial to the development of Tri-Test, including regulatory compliance, relationship management with key supply chain players, LFD-specific manufacturing processes, quality control, public sector procurement, and testing use cases.
As the initial creator of the Tri-Test Gen 3 product, Gavin continues to develop innovative and unique products to revolutionise the use of lateral flow assays globally.
